We currently are looking to bring on a Contract Technical Writer for approximately 6 weeks. This strategic role will be required to document various technology projects.
EDUCATION/TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelors degree plus a minimum of 5 years experience writing technical specifications for software or internet products. BS degree in Software Engineering is a plus. The ability to independently create simple professional interface drawings (wire frames) to illustrate each product screen is required. Must be comfortable working from user requirements to generated detailed technical specifications. Candidates should be self-starters with the ability to identify information gaps and proactively acquire necessary documentation to complete tasks. Excellent interpersonal and "information interview" skills are required.
